Other payment options

We make it easy for you to make your loan payments on time, every time. In addition to our online payment center, we offer a number of ways for you to make your payments. You can pay:

• By mail with traditional loan payment coupons;
• Through payroll deduction;
• With automatic transfers from your Columbus Metro checking or savings account;
• Using your financial institution's online bill pay service (please contact us for your 14-digit loan number);
• By recurring ACH debit from a checking account at another institution;
• By phone using a credit or debit card or automatic debit from a checking or savings account^*; and
• Through do-it-yourself transfers using MetroWeb or MetroTeller.
